Bill Gosling Outsourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Manager to drive performance and budget across multiple client groups. You will hire, train, motivate teams, and ensure service excellence for our clients while leading strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years post-secondary or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in a Managing Coach role or equivalent external experience.
• 5+ years' experience in the BPO industry, preferably handling financial account.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage difficult conversations with high level execs and clients.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Work with senior management to integrate the company vision into operational strategies.
• Ensure productivity across multiple P&L groups to meet or exceed SLAs.
• Understand client SLAs and contractual requirements to meet objectives.
• Manage staffing and resources to align with the QAP.
• Develop client relationships and manage reporting and billing timely.
• Mentor direct reports and drive process improvements.
