Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to join its Regulatory Reporting Solutions Operations team. You will act as a key contact for operational matters, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to processes and controls.

You will collaborate with Client Services, Professional Services, Client Implementations, Customer Success, Technology, Sales and Product to support day-to-day delivery and drive improvements in operational frameworks.

Qualifications

Experience in the operations function of a financial institution or similar environment.
Familiarity with regulatory reporting workflows across jurisdictions.
Ability to own processes and drive improvements.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operational processes across multiple regulatory reporting services.
Monitor controls, identify risks and implement improvements.
Build relationships with Client Services, Professional Services and Client Implementations teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, PMO and COO teams on operational delivery.
Act as senior point of contact for operational requests and client queries.
Ensure high-quality service experiences for customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with internal/external stakeholders.
Support offshore capability build-out and standardized workflows.
