Hellmann Worldwide Logistics-Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operation Excellence & Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in its Shared Service Center in the Philippines.

You will drive productivity, streamline operations, and ensure smooth migration of new services into the center. The role demands strong project management, lean expertise, and the ability to coordinate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in an international environment.
• At least 3 years leading international projects with 10+ stakeholders.
• LEAN Six Sigma certification and hands-on project experience is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of international air and sea freight forwarding and logistics processes is beneficial.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end improvement projects that increase efficiency and service quality.
• Manage onboarding and integration of new services into the shared service center.
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities using data analysis and best practices.
• Design process flows, write SOPs, and create training materials for front-line teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable, long-term solutions.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams and applying LEAN methodologies.
