Job summary

Alter Domus in Manila is seeking an Accounting Analyst to assist onboarding and migrations into our eFront system. You will report to the Platform Delivery Team lead and work with client teams to gather requirements and ensure a smooth transition.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics, is fluent in English, and has 3+ years of accounting analysis experience. Experience with accounting systems and eFront FrontInvest would be a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Economics.
• Fluent in English.
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting analysis, financial reports delivery or related.
• Experience with accounting systems in a similar role (gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, training) will be an advantage
• First experience in eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the clients onboarding from systems to AlterDomus applications landscape.
• Attend planning and set up meetings to gain an understanding of client requirements.
• Analyse client’s historical data.
• Prepare, execute & reconcile data imports based on outputs from previous systems.
• Attend post migration meetings.
• Ensure clients facing teams' adoption of the new set up.
• Act as a first level of support when needed.
• Have a vested interest in the success of the migrations and ensure that benefits are being realised as part of the project.
