Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a qualified analyst in the Philippines to support onboarding and migrations into the eFront system. You will report to the Platform Delivery Team lead and coordinate planning sessions to capture client requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics, 3+ years in accounting analysis, and fluency in English. Familiarity with eFront FrontInvest is a plus and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics.
• Fluent in English.
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting analysis, financial reports delivery or related.
• Experience with accounting systems (gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, implementations, training).
• Experience with eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and migrations on new business into the eFront system.
• Report to the Platform Delivery Team lead.
• Attend planning and setup meetings to understand client requirements.
• Analyse client historical data.
• Prepare, execute & reconcile data imports based on outputs from previous systems.
• Attend post-migration meetings.
• Ensure client-facing teams' adoption of the new setup.
• Act as a first level of support when needed.
• Support successful migrations and ensure benefits are realized.
• Collaborate with the Platform Delivery Team lead and escalate issues when needed.
