Job summary

Alter Domus Philippines is seeking a dedicated professional to assist with onboarding and migrations on new business into our eFront system. You will report to the Platform Delivery Team lead and engage in planning, data analysis, and import reconciliation.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in accounting or economics, strong English, and 1–2 years in accounting analysis or financial reporting. Experience with eFront FrontInvest is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or economics is required.
• Fluent in English with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• 1–2 years in accounting analysis, financial reports delivery or related work.
• Experience with accounting systems and user requirements is a plus.
• Initial exposure to eFront FrontInvest is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and migrations on new business into the eFront system.
• Attend planning and setup meetings to understand client requirements.
• Analyse client historical data for migrations.
• Prepare, execute and reconcile data imports from prior systems.
• Attend post-migration meetings and ensure client-facing teams adopt the new setup.
• Provide first-level support and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to project success by realizing migration benefits.
• Collaborate with Platform Delivery Team lead to resolve concerns.
