Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a detail-oriented professional in the Philippines to assist with onboarding and migrations on new business into our eFront system. You will report to the Platform Delivery Team lead and work closely with client onboarding activities across our applications landscape.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics, fluent English, and 1–2 years in accounting analysis or financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics.
• Fluent in English.
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting analysis or financial reports delivery or related.
• Experience with accounting systems (gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, training) is a plus.
• First experience with eFront FrontInvest (FIA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the onboarding and migrations on new business into our eFront system.
• Report to the Platform Delivery Team lead.
• Play a key role in client onboarding from systems to Alter Domus applications landscape.
• Attend planning and set up meetings to gain an understanding of client requirements.
• Analyse client’s historical data.
• Prepare, execute & reconcile data imports based on outputs from previous systems.
• Attend post-migration meetings.
• Ensure clients facing teams' adoption of the new setup.
• Act as a first level of support when needed.
