Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Contract Management Senior Specialist for the Oceania region to join our global logistics network in the Philippines. You will own contract lifecycle, rate management, and system data integrity, collaborating with Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, and Operations to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in shipping/logistics, strong English communication, data analysis skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 4+ years relevant experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good to have Data Analysis Skills
• MS Office Proficient
• Above-average stakeholder management skills
• Willing to work on dayshift schedule, site based working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Contract & Rate Management: manage contract lifecycle including rate filing, amendments, renewals and ensure accurate rate setup in systems (Athena / FACT).
• System Execution & Data Management: convert and upload rate cards into system platforms with high data accuracy and ensure correct pricing logic and compliance.
• Billing & Financial Operations Enablement: enable accurate billing and invoicing through correct rate setup and support dispute resolution, collections, and financial accuracy (P&L impact).
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate across Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product and Operations to ensure data completeness and alignment.
