Job summary

You will manage the full contract lifecycle, including rate filings, amendments, and renewals, while enabling reliable billing and financial accuracy.

The role requires 4+ years in shipping/logistics, a 4-year bachelor’s degree, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree completed.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics or supply chain.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Data analysis skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Contract and rate management across systems for pricing and billing readiness.
• Manage contract lifecycle: rate filing, amendments, renewals.
• Ensure accurate pricing and data in Athena, FACT, SCP.
• Support billing, disputes, and financial accuracy linked to rate filings.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product and Operations.
