Job summary

Axos is seeking a senior operations practitioner to provide senior operations engineering, event-correlation quality, and practitioner coaching across complex incidents.

You will guide complex event correlation and escalation decisions, improve handovers and alert processes, and escalate systemic telemetry issues to engineering. This role requires 6+ years in production operations and strong incident coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in production operations, application support, NOC, infrastructure support or observability
• Experience coordinating incident response or operational coverage
• Strong cross-layer event‑correlation and service‑impact reasoning

Responsibilities

• Guide complex event correlation and escalation decisions
• Coach operations engineers and assure evidence quality
• Improve handovers, runbooks, alert quality and operational readiness
