Job summary

Axos Business Center, Corp is seeking a senior observability architect to own vendor-neutral telemetry architecture and automation direction in Manila. You will define reference architecture and guide modernization decisions across platforms, ensuring resilience and cost efficiency.

The role requires 10+ years in observability or SRE, with leadership experience and strong skills in metrics, logs, traces, and APIs. OpenTelemetry and cloud-native experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in observability, platform engineering, SRE, cloud or systems engineering.
• 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership.
• Experience with metrics, logs, traces, synthetics, RUM, service maps, APIs and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architecture and engineering standards.
• Lead telemetry, platform, integration and automation strategy.
• Guide modernization, rationalization and adoption decisions.
• Review complex designs for resilience, security, cost and supportability.
