3i Infotech, a leading IT services provider, seeks an Observability & AIOps Architect to lead enterprise-scale observability, automation, and AI-driven operations initiatives. You will shape architecture, drive modernization, and collaborate with customers, engineering teams, and leadership to deliver proactive monitoring, intelligent automation, and AI-powered operational solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in monitoring, logging, tracing, and analytics across hybrid and cloud

Qualifications

8-12+ years in IT operations, DevOps, or SRE.
Expertise with enterprise observability platforms (Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk, etc.).
Hands-on with AIOps, event management, and operational analytics.
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Strong solution architecture, consulting, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Define and implement enterprise observability and AIOps strategies aligned with business objectives.
Architect end-to-end monitoring, logging, tracing, and event management across hybrid and cloud environments.
Design and deploy observability platforms using Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, Grafana, and Splunk.
Lead RCA, incident correlation, anomaly detection, and operational intelligence initiatives.
Develop AIOps frameworks for predictive monitoring, automation, and service assurance.
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define solution roadmaps and governance.
