As an Observability & AIOps Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-scale observability platforms that deliver deep visibility across applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, and business services. You will lead AIOps transformation initiatives, leveraging monitoring, tracing, logging, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency, incident management, and service reliability. The role requires extensive experience with leading observability platforms, automation frameworks, and IT operations tooling combined with strong solution architecture and consulting capabilities. You will work closely with enterprise customers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to define observability strategies, develop AI-powered operational solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise observability and AIOps strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Architect end-to-end monitoring, logging, tracing, and event management solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Design and deploy observability platforms utilizing Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, ELK/OpenSearch, Prometheus, and related technologies.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA), incident correlation, anomaly detection, and operational intelligence initiatives.
• Design and implement AIOps frameworks for predictive monitoring, automated remediation, and service assurance.
• Develop automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and integrate IT Operations workflows with ServiceNow ITOM and other ITSM platforms.
• Architect GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for operational automation, knowledge management, and incident response.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and define solution roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership for observability transformation and modernization programs.
• Support presales activities, solution demonstrations, proposal development, and customer presentations.
• Establish observability governance, standards, KPIs, and best practices across enterprise environments.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide architecture guidance on monitoring and automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8-12+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related domains.
• Strong expertise in enterprise observability platforms including Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, ELK/OpenSearch, and Prometheus.
• Hands-on experience with AIOps platforms, event management systems, and operational analytics.
• Deep understanding of monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and root cause analysis methodologies.

• Strong scripting and automation expertise using Python and/or PowerShell.
