Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Order-to-Cash (O2C) to oversee global O2C operations from its onsite Alabang, Muntinlupa site. The role manages 50–150+ personnel in Credit Risk, Billing, Cash Application, Collections, and Dispute Resolution, with a focus on working capital optimization in a GCC/BPO context.

The ideal candidate will drive automation, ensure US GAAP/IFRS compliance, and optimize DSO and aged debt while leading cross-region, multi-currency activities through

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AR/O2C, B2B or SSC
• Experience managing 50–150+ employees
• BPO or GCC model background
• Global multi-region and multi-currency exposure

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for 50–150+ headcount across O2C disciplines
• Drive end-to-end O2C across credit risk, invoice to cash, collections, and disputes
• Lead process optimization, KPI management, and automation initiatives
