Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is looking for an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Senior Manager to lead end-to-end O2C operations in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite) with night shift flexibility. You will oversee credit management, billing, collections, cash application, disputes, and customer master data, driving operational excellence and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Commerce or equivalent.
12–15 years in O2C or related Finance function.
At least 5 years in an O2C managerial role.
Strong knowledge of collections, credit management, invoicing, and cash application.
Proven leadership and ability to drive process improvements.
Experience with SAP and MS Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Order to Cash operations including credit, billing, collections.
Coach and develop the O2C team and foster a high-performing culture.
Partner with Finance, Sales, Credit, Customer Service, and IT to resolve issues.
Monitor DSO, aging, bad debt provisioning, collection effectiveness, and cash application.
Identify and lead process improvements, automation, migrations, and transitions.
Drive initiatives to reduce O2C cycle times and improve cash flow.
Ensure SOX compliance and regulatory requirements.
Communicate O2C performance, risks, and improvements to senior stakeholders.
