Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery/ Application Support leader to manage end-to-end production operations for Order to Cash systems and legacy applications. You will oversee daily SAP/S4 HANA and Siebel support, ensure accurate billing and reporting, and act as gatekeeper for changes and deployments across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT service delivery or application support experience.
• Proven expertise in managing enterprise and legacy applications.
• Deep experience with SAP/S4 HANA and Siebel; knowledge of collections tools.
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processes and related financial operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices; ITIL certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production operations for Order to Cash systems and enterprise legacy applications.
• Oversee daily support for platforms including SAP/S4 HANA and Siebel.
• Ensure accurate processing of billing, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.
• Act as Production Gatekeeper for changes, releases, and deployments; ensure production readiness.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Define, monitor, and report on SLA/KPI metrics; drive performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and audit standards.
• Lead coordination across IT, business units, and service providers; vendor management.
• Collaborate with Finance to capture requirements and implement process enhancements.
• Drive continuous service improvement and mentor technical teams.
