Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Analyst to identify business problems and deliver data-driven solutions that improve organizational performance. You will conduct root-cause analyses, design and test process improvements, and lead cross-functional initiatives using agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience in data analysis and project management, and familiarity with PowerBI, SQL or Python, and Lean Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, DataScience, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL or Python or advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Robust experience in Process Mapping and Process Re-engineering methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping or Lean Six Sigma techniques such as DMAIC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability present complex data insights to a non-technical audience
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative, data-driven solutions to business problems
• Ability to understand the inter-workings of various business functions.
• Experience in defining and tracking KPIs to measure success of business transformations.
• Detailed and process oriented; with ability to work on both strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Proven ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with multiple stakeholders across the organization at every level.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to actively listen, influence, negotiate and coach.
• Proven project and time management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify business pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze data to understand patterns, trends, and root causes; communicate insights with visualization.
• Design, test, and iterate data-driven business processes using agile methodologies.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success of transformations.
• Manage stakeholders and gather requirements; report project updates.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and outcomes.
