Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math/CS/economics/statistics.
• 3+ years of data mining experience as a data analyst.
• Strong analytics, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
• Experience with technical writing (queries, reports, presentations).
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to learn other analytics tools.
• Proficiency with Tableau.
• Familiarity with Snowflake is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analytics to gather requirements and build relationships.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to aid business units and improve operations.
• Develop and visualize data in clear formats (diagrams, graphs).
• Clean and validate data; fix errors, duplicates, and outliers.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows.
• Identify trends and opportunities from complex datasets.
• Provide mappings and information-model specs for datasets.
• Create best-practice reports from data mining and visualization.
• Evaluate internal systems for efficiency and maintain data protocols.
• Proactively analyze data to answer key stakeholder questions.
