Job summary

General Motors Philippines is seeking a skilled data & transformation analyst to support RTP improvements and ERP initiatives. You will extract data from SAP S/4HANA and Ariba, build dashboards, and translate business questions into actionable insights for leadership.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel/Power BI capabilities, and experience in change management within a fast-paced transformation environment. Hybrid work with a night shift may apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business/process transformation, consulting, and project management.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, FI-CO, and PS knowledge is highly preferred.
• Experience with Hypercare or post go-live ERP/Ariba support.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis across RTP processes to identify trends and improvements.
• Translate business questions into data requirements and extract data from SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and related systems.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making and post go-live tracking.
• Support transformation initiatives and track benefits and KPIs.
