Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel Philippines is seeking a Freight Forwarding specialist to drive end-to-end shipment processes, data accuracy, and continuous improvement across Asia Pacific origins. You will manage bookings, pack plans, shipments and ASN updates using Infor Nexus platform workflows, collaborating with multiple stations and internal teams to meet SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams.
• Experience with order management and supply chain visibility platforms (Infor Nexus, GT Nexus) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identifies operational issues and implements preventive solutions to avoid service failures and support operational excellence.
• Sets up and maintains system-generated reports to ensure accurate, timely, and visible shipment data for customers.
• Coordinates with global stations to secure timely responses and reinforces adherence to SOP requirements.
• Resolves conflicts among origins, destinations, carriers, and suppliers through fact-based analysis and local handling where possible.
• Shares best practices across stations to support customer growth and enhance overall service quality.
• Prepares and delivers data quality reports (daily to yearly) to CCL/OCC team and internal stakeholders in an organized and timely manner.
• Collaborates with internal departments to meet SLA standards and ensure operational commitments for key ISC customers.
• Builds strong internal network relationships, maintains up-to-date account documentation, drives process visibility, leads corrective actions, and co-createss continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the supply chain value roadmap.
