You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to review workflows, implement improvements, and drive automation and system enhancements to ensure business continuity and efficiency across KNGS operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, Transportation, Business, or Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in Air Logistics or a similar environment.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency with KN systems SALOG, QTAir/TQT, ACON, JIRA, and WIKI.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain WI and WIKI related-pages up to date.
• Provide day-to-day support for KNGS systems:
• BPA, BP etc Setups for new migrations and the existing tasks
• Review BPA and BAM performance on a regular basis to identify deviations and notify internal stakeholders for improvements.
• Drive automation (RPA) and eTouch initiatives within KNGS.
• Provide Support to Operational teams
