Universal Access and Systems Solutions Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Network & Security Engineer (Customer Support) to serve as a senior escalation resource, resolving complex incidents across enterprise environments including NGFW, NAC, endpoint security, SSE/SASE, and Zero Trust.

You will lead incident resolution, perform root cause analysis, coordinate vendor escalations, and mentor junior engineers while contributing to knowledge management and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise network and security solutions.
• Hands-on expertise diagnosing and resolving complex network and cybersecurity issues.
• Experience handling critical incidents and customer escalations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical network and security incidents.
• Own incidents through the support lifecycle and escalate as needed during major events.
• Conduct RCA, post-incident reviews, and provide preventive recommendations.
• Coordinate with vendor TACs and third parties, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Provide advanced technical support across NGFW, NAC, endpoint security, SSE/SASE, and Zero Trust.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex challenges.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation and runbooks.
