HRTx Inc. in Metro Manila invites an experienced Network Operations Lead (Executive Level) to oversee daily network operations. You will lead a team, manage core/edge networks, and collaborate with IT and leadership to ensure peak performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree or engineering license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of core, transmission, access, and aggregation networks.
• Oversee network monitoring and OSS/NMS platforms.
• Lead incident response, major restoration, and disaster recovery efforts.
• Ensure network performance, reliability, and availability meet service standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute network upgrades, expansions, and optimization projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide network operations teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and leadership teams to improve network processes and resolve technical issues.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships for network-related services and equipment.
• Monitor network KPIs and generate operational reports for senior management.
• Drive automation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
