Qualifications

• Eight (8) + years in network operations, including five (5)+ years in DoD enterprise network environments.
• Network operations leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments (DoD/IC).
• DoD 8140 aligned technical support/network operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NOSC operations.
• Manage network monitoring and outage response.
• Coordinate DISA circuit and commercial circuit issues.
• Support VPN, routing, switching, wireless, and network device operations.
• Ensure response to enterprise outages.
• Coordinate tabletop exercises.
• Provide twice daily or recurring service health reporting as required.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
