GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is seeking a Network Operations Engineer - Tier II in Pasay, Philippines.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days onsite) with a shifting schedule and a salary of up to PHP 110,000 per month. You will provide Tier II support for enterprise WAN/LAN, perform advanced troubleshooting of routing, switching and load balancing, analyze TCP/IP traces, and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve incidents.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Tier II network operations capacity.
Engineering degree is strongly preferred.
Must hold two or more of the listed certifications (CCNP-X, CCIE, ACSP, ACMP, RCSP).
Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, network routing, switching, and load balancing.
Proficient in performing and interpreting TCP/IP network traces and packet captures.
Strong network troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier II support for enterprise WAN/LAN environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents.
Perform advanced troubleshooting involving routing, switching, and load balancing.
Analyze TCP/IP network traces and packet captures.
Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity.
Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to resolve escalated incidents.
Follow network operations, incident management, and change management procedures.
