Job summary

Insight is hiring a Network Engineer for its Infrastructure Managed Services Team in Pasig, Philippines. You will manage WAN/LAN, troubleshoot with monitoring tools, and document network configurations for multiple clients.

The role requires 7+ years in networking and hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki, ASA, Firepower, Fortinet, and F5. Hybrid work arrangement is provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer/Information Science, technical college, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years progressive experience in networking.
• Must have Palo Alto, Cisco, Cisco Meraki, ASA, Firepower, Fortinet, and F5 experience.
• Demonstrated associate to professional level technology and support experience for route/switch, security, wireless, etc. Certifications desired.
• Must have a solid understanding and practical experience with monitoring and management of SD-WAN solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot WAN and LAN connections for multiple clients.
• Use remote monitoring tools and protocol analyzers to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve network problems, including WAPs and controllers.
• Perform advanced, complex network analysis, identify problems, and determine solutions.
• Recommend enhancements to the network that will improve the quality, performance, security, and reliability of the network.
• Creates and maintains documentation of networks and network systems.
• Follows project methodologies to complete assigned tasks.
