Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Senior Network Analyst to maintain and upgrade network systems, troubleshoot issues, and reinforce network security. You will evaluate hardware and software to improve performance and collaborate with teams and clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in LAN/WAN, Cisco expertise, ITIL processes, and onsite availability in Northgate Alabang, Muntinlupa; a Bachelor's or higher in CS/Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, network security and NMS.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco products and solutions.
• Experience in ITIL and information security-oriented environments.
• 2–3 years in installing/supporting/designing mixed LAN/WAN environments and related devices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor's/College Degree or higher in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade network systems and troubleshoot problems.
• Ensure SLA commitments and monitor/report on performance.
• Conduct regular network infrastructure reviews and propose changes.
• Optimize performance and availability of enterprise systems.
• Respond to security incidents and IT policy violations.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot technology problems; provide troubleshooting updates.
