Qualifications

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and network security is highly preferred.
• Cisco products & solutions knowledge is required or highly preferred.
• ITIL and information security-oriented environment experience is expected.
• 2-3 years in installing/supporting/designing LAN/WAN environments and devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade network systems and troubleshoot problems.
• Monitor SLA commitments and report on them.
• Conduct regular network infrastructure reviews and recommend changes.
• Optimize performance and availability of enterprise systems.
• Respond to security incidents and enforce IT security policies.
