Job summary
Technology Elite, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to support a global client base from the Clark Pampanga area. You will manage and optimize customer firewalls, networks and connectivity, ensuring security and uptime across multiple environments.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of networks, routing/switching, and high-availability design.
- Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco/Meraki firewalls.
- LAN/WAN, SD-WAN and SASE design and deployment.
- NOC services, monitoring, and issue escalation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support client firewalls, networks, and connectivity.
- Design and deploy secure networks including SD-WAN and SASE.
- Monitor status and performance; provide reports.
- Escalate network issues and coordinate with support teams.
- Manage tickets and service requests.
- Improve efficiency, processes, and documentation.
- Assist with customer retention and satisfaction.
