Job summary

Insight Enterprises, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator, seeks an experienced Network Engineer for its Pasig, Philippines hybrid position. You will join the Infrastructure Managed Services team, handling WAN/LAN for diverse clients, troubleshooting with remote tools, and delivering high-availability network solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in networking and hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki, ASA, Firepower, Fortinet, and F5.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer/Information Science, technical college, or equivalent work experience.
7+ years progressive experience in networking.
Must have Palo Alto, Cisco, Cisco Meraki, ASA, Firepower, Fortinet, and F5 experience.
Juniper experience desired.
Demonstrated associate to professional level technology and support experience for route/switch, security, wireless, etc. Certifications desired.
Must have a solid understanding and practical experience with monitoring and management of SD-WAN solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot WAN and LAN connections for multiple clients.
Use remote monitoring tools and protocol analyzers to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve network problems, including WAPs and controllers.
Perform advanced, complex network analysis, identify problems, and determine solutions.
Recommend enhancements to the network that will improve the quality, performance, security, and reliability of the network.
Creates and maintains documentation of networks and network systems.
Follows project methodologies to complete assigned tasks.
