Job summary

You will work within the Network Operations team, handling LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN and security technologies, and participate in incident management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in network engineering or operations.
• Experience with routing, switching, wireless, WAN, SD-WAN and remote access.
• Strong incident/problem/change management experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco or Meraki.
• Cloud networking experience with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and improve Visy's global network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, capacity and security across locations.
• Manage incidents, problems and changes; perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors and local site contacts for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call roster and after-hours support as required.
