New Era Technology PH is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead migration of enterprise network infrastructure from Cisco to Fortinet and Juniper. You will serve as the technical escalation point for deployment issues and support large-scale network refresh projects across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has hands-on FortiGate/FortiManager/ FortiAnalyzer experience, strong Juniper and Cisco knowledge, 7–10 years in multi-site environments, and proven change-management skills in

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant network engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Fortigate, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
• Strong experience with Juniper switching and wireless technologies.
• Good understanding of Cisco networking to support migration activities.
• Experience managing change controls in ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting across routing, switching, wireless and security.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-site deployments.
• Ability to lead technical troubleshooting and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Mentoring and leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex deployment and migration issues.
• Troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, Juniper switches, wireless solutions, and Cisco environments during cutovers.
• Provide root-cause analysis to implementation and field teams.
• Manage change controls within ServiceNow.
• Create and review change requests to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
• Configure, deploy, and optimize Fortinet, Juniper devices and SD-WAN setups.
• Support migration activities including staging, validation, cutovers, and post-deployment tuning.
• Maintain network documentation, standards, and runbooks.
• Drive process improvements and knowledge sharing.
