Job summary

ARBEIT INFOTECH INC. is seeking a Network Engineer specialized in OSS KPI and User Experience KPI analysis to support network performance and optimization. The role focuses on identifying worst-performing cells, analyzing performance, and guiding improvements.

You will work with crowd-sourced data, MR data, and coverage analyses to diagnose issues and propose data-driven solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive network enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSS KPI and User Experience KPI analysis.
• Experience analyzing crowd-sourced data, raw source data, and metadata.
• Experience with MR (Measurement Report) data analysis for network coverage.
• Experience in worst-cell performance analysis and network optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify network performance issues and provide solutions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience working with the Globe CSP program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze OSS performance KPIs to identify worst-performing cells and network performance issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve cell and network performance.
• Analyze User Experience KPIs and identify opportunities to improve user experience performance and scoring.
• Analyze crowd-sourced data, raw source data, and metadata to identify network performance issues and user experience gaps.
• Conduct network coverage analysis using MR data and identify appropriate resolutions.
• Correlate OSS KPI, User Experience KPI, coverage, and MR data to identify performance issues and optimization opportunities.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to improve network performance and user experience.
• Proactively investigate network performance challenges and work with the relevant teams to drive resolution.
