Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise network infrastructure in the Philippines.

You will drive strategic network initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across departments to deliver secure networking solutions. The role demands hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in network engineering with 2+ years in senior/lead capacity.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE 4/5/7, Juniper JNCIS or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, NAT, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs, QoS.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls, load balancers, and NAC.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SD-WAN infrastructures for operations and growth.
• Oversee daily operations and administration of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and other networking hardware.
• Use monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, ManageEngine OPManager) to ensure network performance and health.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols and technologies (firewalls, IPS/IDS, ACLs, NAC, segmentation).
• Serve as highest escalation point for complex network incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, documentation, assets, and change logs.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, systems, cloud, and applications teams for integrated infrastructure services.
• Evaluate and manage vendors and hardware/software solutions for network projects.
• Recommend improvements to increase reliability, efficiency, and security across the network.
• Mentor junior network engineers and technicians.
