Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and operate the Global RingCentral Corporate Network. You will produce architectural design recommendations, drive future network functionality, and analyze performance results to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience across large, global enterprise networks, multi-vendor environments, and Linux proficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on network engineering/design and operation of large, high-availability, global enterprise networks.
• Multi-vendor hardware and software environments (Juniper, Cisco, Mist, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cato, Zscaler experience preferred).
• Troubleshooting complex networks and applications.
• Executing best practice concepts including RFC and ISO standards, SLA's, and change management.
• AI and Automation.
• Linux proficiency.
• Willing to work on the night shift.
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).

Our Senior Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of the Global RingCentral Corporate Networks, ensuring that the network infrastructure is operating within the design specifications.

This engineer will produce architectural design recommendations for upgrades and drive future network functionality and architectures. Additional tasks are to collect operational and trend statistics and to analyze performance results.

This position is expected to provide advanced technical support for issues that are escalated from the network and systems operations teams and is the top escalation point for all critical network‑related issues; training and knowledge transfers to other network team members are also expected.
