Job summary

BLV Corporation is seeking a senior Network Engineer with 15+ years of hands-on experience in telecommunications/ISP environments. You will lead and mentor a team, architect enterprise-grade networks, and drive multi-vendor strategy across Cisco/Huawei/Juniper platforms.

The role requires CCNP/CCIE, deep expertise in routing protocols, security, cloud networking, and scripting. Strong English communication and leadership skills are essential for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

15+ years of hands-on, progressive network engineering experience.
CCNP or CCIE certification (active or recently lapsed).
Proven team lead / supervisory experience with people management.
Extensive experience with routing protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLAN, VPN, QoS, CG-NAT, PPPoe, MPLS, SDH, xDSL).
Strong knowledge of network security principles and technologies (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs).
Willingness to acquire new certifications as required; cloud networking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of network engineers across design, implementation, and incident response.
Architect and maintain enterprise/carrier-grade network infrastructure (routing, switching, WAN/LAN, security).
Drive vendor evaluation and multi-platform strategy (Cisco-primary, with Huawei/Juniper environments in play).
Represent the network team to stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
