Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading a network engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete lifecycle support for enterprise network assets.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide network solutions.
• Legacy LAN, WAN integration and current SD-WAN and cloud connectivity technologies.
• Lead large complex network transformation projects and migration initiatives.
• Develop and maintain network security frameworks adhering to industry best practices.
• Create and maintain network documentation, policies and procedures.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical network issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network capabilities with project objectives.
• Work with client representatives to address current network requirements and cyber issues.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of network engineers.
• Stay updated and conduct training with employees on network security threats.
