Job summary

Concentrix, a global technology and services leader, seeks a Lead Network Engineer with 10–12 years of enterprise networking experience. You will design, implement, and optimize private and public cloud networks, VPNs, and security measures while mentoring a team of engineers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex routing issues and ensure robust, scalable network infrastructure across our global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Network Engineer in an enterprise setting.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Architect, Security, Genesys, Avaya, Nice.
• Experience with VoIP and SBC technologies.
• Strong firewall, VPN, and routing protocol knowledge (BGP, OSPF).
• Scripting ability for automation (CLI, Python).
• Team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Degree in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement functional network infrastructure in private and public cloud.
• Mentor team members and address user needs.
• Configure routers, switches, load balancers, and other devices.
• Monitor network performance and propose improvements.
• Work with multiple cloud vendors to maintain networking solutions.
• Oversee security measures (e.g., access authentication and disaster recovery).
• Document technical designs and procedures.
