Job summary

Appficiency, a global technology and services firm, seeks a Senior Consultant I to lead complex NetSuite engagements and guide client portfolios. You will drive strategic direction, shape practice standards, and develop a team of consultants to deliver value across multiple streams.

Qualifications

5-6 years in a professional services or technical consulting role with leadership experience.
Extensive experience leading large-scale SaaS, IT, or construction ERP implementations.
Deep NetSuite experience including multi-entity or global deployments.
Proven success building executive-level client relationships and driving strategy.

Responsibilities

Oversee 4-5 client projects and lead 1-2 additional projects.
Manage new and existing accounts, oversee NetSuite build, test, and implementation.
Lead all NetSuite implementation phases from requirements to training.
Own project allocations, team capacity, and billable hours.
Develop delivery methodology and ensure its application across engagements.
