Job summary

Direct Sourcing Solutions is seeking a mid- to senior-level developer to join a compact engineering team in the Philippines. You will own features end-to-end—designing, building, testing, and shipping—while collaborating with non-technical founders.

Strong communication and leadership in a fast-moving product environment are essential. You will design and ship cross-platform apps using .NET MAUI (C#, XAML), build backend services on AWS, and ensure code quality with tests and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C#, .NET, and XAML.
• Hands-on MAUI app development experience.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Ability to work with non-technical founders to define requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership in small teams.
• Solid fundamentals: version control, testing, CI/CD, and clean architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform apps with .NET MAUI.
• Build and integrate backend services on AWS.
• Write clean, tested code and own unit/integration tests.
• Lead technical discussions and coordinate work in a small team.
• Translate business needs into clear technical plans and backlog items.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and code reviews.
• Communicate progress and risks across time zones.
