Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a skilled .NET MAUI Developer to build and maintain cross‑platform mobile and desktop apps using .NET MAUI, C#, and XAML. This role involves integrating AWS-based backend services, deploying applications, and solving technical problems in a remote engineering environment.

You will work with business stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentoring of teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience within the Microsoft technology stack.
• Proven experience developing and deploying production applications using .NET MAUI.
• Experience shipping applications for both Android and iOS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services for application development and deployment.
• Experience working directly with Product Owners, Founders, or non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working independently in remote or distributed engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI, C#, and XAML.
• Build and integrate AWS-based backend services and cloud components.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Deploy and support applications across Android and iOS.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical improvements.
• Translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
• Communicate project progress, technical risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
