Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a senior full-stack .NET developer to join a Hamilton-based client team working in Health Sectors. You will design, develop, and deliver robust enterprise solutions, mentor peers, and own architectural decisions.

You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software. You’ll use C#/.NET with ASP.NET Core and modern front-end tech (Angular/React), build on MS SQL Server, and participate in CI/CD and DevOps activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant commercial experience in full-stack .NET development.
• Prior lead or senior developer experience and mentoring.
• Strong C# and .NET (MVC, Web API, EF) and front-end with Angular/React.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using C#/.NET and modern JavaScript.
• Lead technical design discussions and architect solutions for new and existing systems.
• Translate client requirements into technical design documents.
• Build data-driven features with MS SQL Server, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Ensure code quality via reviews, tests, and coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team.
• Participate in full SDLC from requirements to deployment and post-release support.
• Collaborate with health-sector clients to scope enhancements and deliver responsive service.
• Promote CI/CD practices and DevOps tooling adoption.
• Support use of AI-assisted development tools to improve coding and testing.
