Job summary

Direct Sourcing Solutions is seeking a mid- to senior-level developer to join a compact engineering team in the Philippines. You will own features end-to-end—designing, building, testing, and shipping—while collaborating with non-technical founders.

Strong communication and leadership in a fast-moving product environment are essential. You will design and ship cross-platform apps using .NET MAUI (C#, XAML), build backend services on AWS, and ensure code quality with tests and CI/CD.

We are seeking a mid- to senior-level developer with deep expertise in the Microsoft stack to join a small, high-output engineering team. You will own features end-to-end—designing, building, testing,and shipping—while collaborating closely with non-technical founders. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with clear communication and the ability to lead prioritization and problem-solving in a fast-moving product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI, C#, and XAML.
• Build and integrate backend services and cloud components on AWS.
• Write clean, testable code and own unit/integration testing for the features you deliver.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor or coordinate work within a small productive team.
• Translate business needs from non-technical founders into clear technical approaches, trade-offs, and prioritized backlog items.
• Collaborate on architecture decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of development practices.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly and proactively across time zones.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and XAML.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping applications with .NET MAUI.
• Practical experience with AWS services relevant to application development and deployment.
• Able to deploy to Android and iOS.
• Proven ability to work independently while leading or coordinating in small teams.
