Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Senior .NET Developer for a seasonal/project-based engagement in Manila, working 10pm-7am. You will develop features, mentor teammates, and participate in all phases of the software lifecycle while collaborating with a distributed international team.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development using Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, and requires strong proficiency in .NET, SQL, and Blazor, with experience in enterprise reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of .NET development with web technologies.
• Strong HTML5/CSS3 and Bootstrap; Blazor experience.
• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop features and bug fixes across .NET technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and interns.
• Design telecom application software and sustainment of the software.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure quality.
• Participate in all phases of the software development process.
• Work with a distributed international team for global support.
• Train and deploy new installations with Product Management.
• Lead AI-assisted development adoption and pair programming.
