Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior .NET Developer in a hybrid setup based in Mandaluyong City. You will lead or participate in requirements elaboration, issue resolution, and enhancements for MVPs, ensuring delivery within Scrum or Kanban teams.

The role requires strong background in .NET, architecture, and production support, with responsibilities spanning design, coding, testing, deployments, and knowledge transfer to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a senior developer role.
• At least five (5) years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems.
• Experience in Production Support hotfixes and as L3 support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with analysts, testers, scrum masters, product owners, and experts to deliver MVPs.
• Prepares high-level and detailed designs in collaboration with the team and leaders.
• Resolves incidents escalated from L1/L2 support teams.
• Performs root-cause analysis to identify recurring issues and implements permanent fixes.
• Drives proactive problem prevention and improves system stability.
• Documents troubleshooting procedures and technical knowledge for reuse.
• Participates in product backlog grooming and Scrum/kanban events as needed.
