Job summary

Thurston Software Solutions, Inc., based in the Philippines, is seeking a seasoned software engineer to contribute hands-on programming on enterprise system projects such as insurance and medical billing. You will use C# and SQL Server to implement, test, and optimize code in a multi-tier architecture.

You will analyze requirements, propose solutions, and collaborate with programmers, QA, and the team lead. Willingness to work night shifts and a work-from-home setup are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT/computer engineering or related field.
• At least five (5) years of hands-on programming experience using C# and SQL Server scripting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft ASP.NET technologies: Web Forms, MVC, .NET Core MVC, Web API.
• Experience with SQL database design, stored procedures, and optimization.
• Familiar with multi-tier development architecture and OOP SOLID principles.
