Job summary

Adventure Consultancy Solutions Philippines Inc. seeks a Senior Developer (.NET) to lead technical design and hands-on development for mission-critical systems in an international development finance context.

You will work closely with BAs, QA, and scrum teams to deliver reliable, well-tested software. You'll design and implement Web APIs with .NET Core, C#, ReactJS, and SharePoint SPFx, handle complex incidents, and drive end-to-end delivery across the backlog while embracing Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Senior Developer; 5+ years in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, ReactJS, and SharePoint SPFx.
• Experience with MSSQL, Oracle, or other relational databases.
• Experience in production support / L3 support and Agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Design and build Web APIs and web applications using .NET Core, C#, ReactJS, and SharePoint SPFx.
• Resolve the most complex incidents escalated from L1/L2 support and drive permanent root‑cause fixes.
• Deliver product backlog items end-to-end - design, coding, unit testing, deployment, and release support.

• Participate fully in Scrum or Kanban ceremonies, occasionally stepping in as Sprint Lead.

About the Role

Join a fast-paced Agile team supporting and enhancing mission-critical systems for a leading international development finance institution. As a Senior Developer (.NET), you'll take charge of technical design, hands-on development, and complex production issue resolution - working shoulder-to-shoulder with business analysts, QA, and scrum teams to ship reliable, well-tested solutions.

• Duration: One (1) year, subject to extension
