Job summary

CAI in Mandaluyong City seeks a senior .NET Developer to lead requirements elaboration and production issue resolution within a hybrid work setting. You will collaborate with analysts, testers, and product owners to deliver scalable MVPs and services, while shaping technical designs across apps, databases, and integrations.

You will design, develop, and deploy Web APIs with .NET Core/C#, work with MSSQL/Oracle, and leverage Azure services. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a senior developer role.
• 5+ years in architecture, design and development of integrated systems.
• Experience in production support hotfixes and L3 support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in web-based apps, RESTful services, JS, TS, HTML, XML, ReactJS.
• Proven SharePoint/SPFx experience.
• Design, develop and deploy Web APIs using .NET Core and C#.
• Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Azure Cloud Services experience is a plus; CI/CD and YAML is a plus.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively works with analysts, QA testers, scrum masters, PO, SMEs, and others to deliver MVPs or services.
• Prepares high-level and detailed technical designs for solution, app, DB, and integrtions.
• Resolves incidents escalated from L1/L2 support and performs root cause analysis.
• Performs proactive problem prevention and improves system stability.
• Analyzes and debugs code to fix defects with development teams.
• Develops and deploys scripts, patches, or updates with proper testing.
• Collaborates with support, development, and vendors; communicates technical info clearly.
• Documents troubleshooting steps and creates knowledge base.
• Implements automation for support handling using AI tools and chatbots.
• Participates in product backlog grooming and Scrum/ Kanban events.
• Contributes to backlog elaboration, coding, unit testing, and release/support of features.
