Job summary

RCG Global Services is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our talent pool for current and future openings. You will design, build, and support high-quality software across architectures and integrations, collaborating with analysts, testers, and product owners.

You will lead development efforts, participate in Agile ceremonies, and drive performance improvements while adhering to security standards. Night shifts and hybrid work in Makati may be required as part of rotations.

Qualifications

5+ years in software design, architecture and development.
3+ years in a senior/lead developer role.
Experience in production support and L3 support.
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, .NET Core and C#.
Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts, testers, product owners, and technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Design, develop, and document technical architectures, applications, databases, APIs, and system integrations.
Provide L3 production support by troubleshooting incidents, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
Improve system reliability and performance through automation and proactive issue prevention.
Debug, test, and deploy code following quality and security standards.
Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, testing, deployment, and release activities.
Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement programs.
