Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Senior Developer (Mid level) to participate in requirements elaboration, fix production issues, and drive enhancements within an assigned Scrum or Kanban team. The role is hybrid with day shift.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a senior developer role and at least 5 years in architecture and integration, with hands-on experience in Java, RESTful APIs, SharePoint, SPFx, .NET Core and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of experience in a senior developer role.
• At least five (5) years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elaboration and production issue resolution for MVPs within the assigned Scrum or Kanban team.

About the Role:

The Senior Developer participates or takes charge of the requirements elaboration, production issue resolution, system's enhancement solution development, release, and support of minimum viable products with the assigned Scrum or Kanban Team.

Job Requirements:

• Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level
• At least three (3) years of experience in a senior developer role
• At least five (5) years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems
• Experience in Production Support hotfixes and as L3 support.
• Experience with Service Now is preferred.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have proven experience in developing web-based applications, RESTful web services, Java , Type , HTML, XML, Stylesheets, ReactJS
• Must have proven experience in SharePoint and developing SPFx application
• Must have proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying Web APIs utilizing .NET Core and C#
• Must have experience with relational databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, and others
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans, Repos/Git, Pipelines) is preferred
• Experience in integrating and developing Generative AI agents is preferred
• Experience working with Azure Cloud Services is an advantage
• Experience with CI/CD and YAML is an advantage
• Must have experience in Agile, e.g., Scrum or Kanban
• Certifications in Secure Coding, Scrum, or DevOps will be a plus
• Must have experience working in a team with five or more members
• Must be able to relate to large information-based organizations and be comfortable dealing with senior executives from various cultures
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
